Karolina is a Swede living in Castelldefels, a popular beach-town just south of Barcelona.

"I fell in love with photography at a really young age, first by watching the photos my father took of us as a family and later by capturing my own. Watching an image slowly develop in the darkroom gave me butterflies and today I look back at those teenage years with my own camera as my first love story.

To be able to give others the gift of saving a moment in time is a skill I am so grateful of and it's truly what I love to do."

My philosophy & how I work
A photo shoot alway begins with planning and preparation, together we make a plan to ensure that the vision of the result is clear and for us to get to know each other. This will be done either in person or via link. It is important to me to understand the concept, objectives, and desired outcomes before the actual photo shoot. Once the vision is clear, arrangements are made for location, props, and models and styling if necessary.
On the day of the shoot I will take charge and do everything in my power to make you feel safe and confident and most importantly have fun! I'll provide guidance to ensure the best results possible.
After the shoot, the images are reviewed for quality and relevance. Post-production work, such as editing and retouching, is done to enhance the final outcome and depending on the season you will receive the finished results within 2-4 weeks (unless other other deal has been made). The images will be sent via a link from which you can download but you are also able to order larger prints or photo books if you so desire.

The most important thing for me while photographing is the connection I make with the client. I always aim to create an environment where you feel safe and understood.
Before our actual photo shoot we will have a meeting, in person or via link, where we get to know each other and discuss the aim of the photographs and what you would like as a finished product. This is an important part of the whole process, by understanding each others visions the end results will be a success.
